The challenge — 01

Live B2B site + self-serve solar assessment tool

PCG Oceania fund commercial solar outright — fully-funded, zero-capex systems businesses pay for out of the savings. It is a genuinely strong pitch, and their old web presence carried none of that authority. A decision-maker landing on the site had no fast way to grasp the model, gauge whether it applied to them, or take a next step. The offer was doing all the work; the website was doing none of it.

A credible digital front door

We rebuilt the site around the one thing that closes B2B deals: trust. Clear articulation of the funded model, the numbers behind it, and the proof that PCG can deliver at commercial scale — structured so a CFO and a facilities manager both find their answer quickly.

A self-serve savings assessment

Rather than a static contact form, we built an interactive assessment that lets a visitor size their own opportunity. It turns idle curiosity into a qualified, pre-scoped commercial lead — and gives PCG's team a warm conversation instead of a cold one.

From website to a system

The website earned the next chapter: a purpose-built CRM for PCG's eight-stage PPA pipeline — company, contact and site records, deal tracking and file handling — hosted on infrastructure they own. The digital front door became the front of an operating system for the whole sales motion.
